Microsoft has the answer here, but I’ll do with pictures.
Step 1
Click that link, expand the first option (Export or Delete etc etc) and scroll down to ‘To Extract the .tar’. In part 5 of that section the word ‘Viewer’ is blue, clicking it will download the tool. You can also just click that word here because I got your back.
Step 2
Download the .tar, extract the .tar. Click on the index.html
Step 3
Upload the .json, hit load
Note:
