I got fuuuucked by this
- Made a Google Tenancy
- Set up the licensing and shit
- Used my personal card for the setup with the intention of removing it when needed
- Needed more accounts than the trial would fit
- Deleted accounts including the original admin to make room (had made a different admin)
- Decided it wasn’t going to work
- Fired up actual licenses
- Used the company card
- Tried to remove my card
- FUCKING COULDN’T
- The ‘Payment Admin’ was the only one with auth to remove a payment method
- That was the deleted admin.
How I worked it out
I didn’t…
- The project was canned and the tenancy deleted before I needed to
- I was able to set me card to ‘Other’ payment method, not primary or secondary
- Didn’t get charged
